  • When should I arrive? The Signature Tour starts at 11:30 am. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
  • What to do if I’m running late? If you think you might not make it on time or are having trouble finding us, please call us at (646) 552-4718.
  • What happens if I have to cancel? If you need to cancel for any reason (even last minute), we will happily convert your tickets into gift certificates for later use. If you need a refund, a 25% fee will apply.
  • What if I don’t like beer? Often guests come on the tour because they’re dating a beer lover, and still have a great time. The food is tasty, and you’ll learn so much about beer brewing, past, and present. Plus, we may even sneak you a glass of wine or soda when no one is looking!
  • Can I go on the tour if I am under 21? Our profound apologies, but no, you must be 21 to take the tour. Please bring a valid state or federal ID.
  • What if I need to leave the tour early? Not a problem. Many of our guests choose to stay at our last venue, Singlecut Brewery, which is a short Uber ride or 15 minute walk from the nearest subway station.
  • Should I eat lunch before the tour?  There are lots of snacks along the way, along with a meat and cheese pairing. That said, there is no formal lunch so most guests do eat a light lunch/ brunch before arrival.
  • I noticed you serve meat and cheese, is there a vegetarian alternative? For our vegetarian guests, a cheese plate is offered as an alternative to the meat and cheese plate.
  • If the tour is sold out, do you have a wait list? Please call or text us and we can let you know if we anticipate an opening.
  • When will the tour end? Tours typically end by 4:45. That said, due to the unpredictable nature of New York traffic, on occasion, tours do run over.
  • Will we be brought back to Manhattan? Yes, our starting point is Birreria on 23rd and 5th and we will return there.
  • I have a large group, should I book a private tour? On weekends we recommend groups smaller than eight take one of our public tours. On weekdays we do offer tours for groups as small as four. Click here to find out more.

“I’m a beer enthusiast, a home brewer, I plan a beer festival in my hometown, and have been to over 100 festivals, tours, samplings, dinners, openings, etc., and I would HIGHLY recommend this tour. Not only do you get to sample several great beers, but you get to see the history of beer and how it has played a part in shaping New York. A trip to NY is not complete without this tour!” – Scott C. Hoboken, NJ

“I highly recommend this tour, it is a great introduction to those willing to venture out of Manhattan and into new NYC territory. The spots in Brooklyn and Queens are so well curated and the commentary by tour guide extraordinaire (Gina) keeps the travel time entertaining and educational. And, even as a resident of the city, I was surprised by so much history surrounding me, and I found some new favorite spots. (Singlecut brewery is such a gem!)” – Emily K

“The tour was fun well-paced and very informative. Touring some of the current craft breweries was super-cool as we not only learned about each breweries beer-making operations but actually got to meet and ask questions to the brewers themselves – all super nice guys. We even stopped at a craft-brew bar and enjoyed a well-thought out food and beer pairing session with written instructions that explained it all. All the beers we sampled were delicious, everybody was friendly and the ride to and from each destination was relaxing and problem free. I highly recommend this tour to any beer geek interested in the New York beer scene or anyone interested in a fun day out. Cheers!”  – Anthony S. Holbrook,NJ
